Kristina has been a licensed Realtor since 2015, with a primary focus in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. She received a Bachelor's degree in Spanish (2006) and an MBA in 2011. Kristina is also a licensed general contractor and Owner/Home Services Manager of Home Tailor Baltimore. She uses her construction knowledge to assist buyers when purchasing a home or sellers when preparing their home for market. Kristina believes in a transparent sales process to empower clients as they buy/sell one of the largest assets in life. Kristina has a direct approach and provides her clients with the resources they need to make informed decisions. Kristina lives in Baltimore City with her spouse, son, and a slew of pets and plants.

With over 15 years of experience as a business owner, income property owner, former lessee, and current homeowner, Cindy brings a diverse background to the real estate industry. Passionate about property and real estate, she stays abreast of market trends and is dedicated to becoming an industry expert. A fluent Cantonese speaker, Cindy is organized, responsive, and committed to delivering excellent service in a warm environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients working with our progressive team at Lokhandwala Realty.
Parvez Lokhandwala, M.D., Ph.D.
Co-Owner, Investor Consultant
Parvez immigrated to the U.S. from India in 2004 and has earned a medical degree and a Ph.D. He is an academic physician at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. A lifelong learner and an investor at heart, Parvez spends most of his non-academic time learning about real estate and hunting for the next investment opportunity. He is available to fellow investors for consultation and guidance as part of our “one-stop shop” for RE investments.
